Mr. Smith stands up to usher in his son and I.
“As you all know, my son took over from me a year or so ago and has made it prosper since then.” he starts and a round of applause echoes throughout the room.
He then waves his hand to quieten them.
“Needless to say, Leah and I are incredibly proud of our son. However, when we thought we couldn't be any prouder, Henry brings this beautiful girl into our family.” he says, smiling broadly.
“This brings me to why we're here today. Allow me to announce the Smith and Wilson families uniting with the union of Henry and Beryl!” he exclaims happily. He's truly over the moon.
There's another round of applause and a mixture of emotions being shown around the room. Flashes go off and pictures are taken.
