Elizabeth was sound asleep when I awakened, so I quietly climbed out of bed and hopped in the shower. I made it a quick one, then I pulled on a pair of black windbreakers.
As soon as I was done showering and dressing, I laid back down beside Elizabeth. While caressing her cheek, I thought about what life was gonna be like once we marked each other.
