AERILYN'S POV

Driving home, I'm freezing, starving and thirsty, but I don't say a word as I sit in the passenger seat of Blaze's car, my leg won't stop bouncing, and my hands won't stop shaking.
"What is wrong with you?" Blaze grits out, but he doesn't sound mad, or annoyed...He sounds concernd, sort of.
"Nothing," I press my knees together in the hopes that the bouncing would stop. I grip my hands, pressing them in between my thighs.
"You're shaking," he deadpans, stating the obvious, but I didn't think that he would notice while driving in the dark. "It's cold," I shrug, and his head turns as he stares at me with narrowed eyes.
"The heater is on," he mutters, looking even more concerned than before.
