This has been the most boring meeting I've ever been in. Dad said it would be like this. The Gathering is supposed to be a place to renew trade agreements and treaties, but over the years has turned into this…. Stupidity. Everyone is just going around the room stating how many warriors they have and bragging about how well-protected their borders are. Let's hurry this up so I can get back to Laila.
I wonder how Laila is doing. I imagine she is still sitting in that chair and not talking to anyone. I wonder what they served for dessert; I hope she liked it.
