The smell of antiseptic was heavy in the air. I blinked away at the sound of the scraping chair on the floor, the sound seemed to vibrate in my skull. Everything in the infirmary is too bright: the white sheets, the white lights, the white curtains that kept the morning sun away, the immaculate white walls and the white coat that Henry wore.  I lay on the bed inside Henry’s office with Kyle standing to my side. Henry and his nurse both frowned down at the clipboard they had on their hands. Whatever was written there, it made their tanned faces turn white too.  A wave of nausea washes over me but I’m used to it by now. My entire body ached and my bones throbbed painfully, keeping me from focusing properly.  Finally after what seemed to be a very long time, Henry looked up from the result
