In Nia’s mind, she knew things might have occurred differently. Because her reputation has been ruined to the point of no return back then, she moved places with her family frequently. They have done it so discreetly, not wanting people to know where they’ve gone or where they’re going to go next.
When their mother died, Lara went her own way and disappeared. She didn’t want to have anything with Nia. Mark did his own thing. He hasn’t been able to finish college and has been working odd jobs to earn money. She died with that knowledge. Helpless. Unable to help her loved ones. Unable to help herself. It was terrible.
Luke became really concerned when her crying intensified. She’s too emotional at the moment and it might cause stress to her babies.
