Brandon’s P.O.V
“One more push Nova. One more hard push sweetie and your baby will be here.” The Midwife said to her.
She had been in labour for over twelve hours but it was finally time. Nova gave one more hard push, using the little energy she had left and then our baby’s first cry filled the room.
“Well done you have a beautiful baby girl.” The midwife gushed letting me cut the cord before placing our baby girl on Nova’s chest for skin to skin contact.
I watched as Nova looks down at our baby girl. You could see the love in her eyes for her already.
“Brandon we have our baby girl.” She said crying “She is beautiful.” She gushed.
I made my way to her side, reaching down and kissing her head.
“You did so good baby. I am so proud of you. She is beautiful, just you like you.” I
