“Thanks, we appreciate that.” Sebastian replies as the doctor leaves the room.
He turns back towards me and we stare at each other for a long moment before we both erupt into fits of laughter.
“TWINS!! MADDY! I can’t… I don’t even know where to begin.” he grins as he takes my hand once again.
