Well, that went better than expected! I actually can’t believe it was the new Elder witch that was conspiring with Caspian, yet I can. It was exactly his style. Seduce her and make her fall for him to do his bidding. I actually felt sorry for the girl. She was only a few years older than me and clearly had great potential to be chosen as an Elder so young. But she wasted it, all for the bad boy charm of Caspian. I knew how convincing he could be. How endearing he could be. He was a con-artist of the highest rank. It was part of his nature, being a fae and warlock combined. It’s how he has managed to get so many followers and become such a threat to our world.
