Emmett's P.O.V.
“I love you…. I’m so sorry, but please wait for me…” Again her voice echoed in my ears, as I sat up in a flurry and groaned from the pain that the movement caused. I felt as if all of the bones in my body had been broken and reassembled. I also had a strange pain in my head, and it was making it hard for me to remember anything.
There was silence around me. I looked around and saw that I was laying on my bed in my room. What happened? Why was I here? Then my eyes went to my hands where I saw that I wasn’t wearing my gloves.
