He was not sure what exactly was going in inside the small, abandoned building, but he was confident that Atlas and Praesidio were getting the job done; they'd save Jayce and get him out of there. The second they'd heard all that ruckus coming from inside, the archangels had tried to interfere—and Lucifer's job was to keep them out here so Atlas could have a chance to take out whoever the angels had hired to kill Jayce. Lucifer had to use his powers to knock his brothers literally off their feet at the start. While Uriel was still getting up, Lucifer had come close and slid the angel blade from the archangel's belt and threw it as far away as possib
