Damon: I pushed Sienna harder than I should have. But she did not complain of anything. She was willing to embrace it. It was as if this was something that she wanted to go with. Every morning, I made sure she was outside, training with me. It started slow, simple movements, light sparring, basic exercises to help her rebuild her strength after childbirth.
