As soon as I was on the other side, the words just spilled out of me. I explained that the secret entrances were closed, and I wasn’t able to get to the tomb as I clung to the hourglass and I tried to see if any of the demons were around, but luckily for me, they weren’t.
I explained what I overheard about the amulet. Esmeralda confirmed seeing Fyrola wearing it just the day before, and we started paging through the books to see if we could find out anything about the amulet. One of the books mentioned that it was used to call demons from their hell, which was called a pit, and another mentioned that it was always worn by the ruler of the demon world.
