I watch a scene unfold in front of my eyes. Liam is being very cheeky with the treating doctor. Why does he say that now she cares about him? First, I saw the hate in his eyes and now he is being rude. Something is going on and I need to know what it is. So, I decide to keep quiet and just watch what is going on.
"Liam... I mean Mr. Turner, I am only coming by to check on my patient and you are my patient. So please tell me how are your leg feeling?"
I can see Liam is avoiding her gaze and he moves around uncomfortably. Then he looks at me as if he wants to say something but turns back to her again.
“I am fine. I am doing fine"
“So we do not have to increase your pain medicine?"
I remember her being very cheeky and now she is just showing her true colors again
