I have nothing against chosen mates either, I mean I chose Ella, but it was a pull early. It definitely wasn't a decision based on getting power, or getting something other than the woman I wanted to be with. It wasn't because she is a good fighter it wasn't because she was strong, it wasn't because she was an alpha. It because she was Ella.
