Hazel's lungs burn every time her foot hits the ground. She pushed herself to run faster and faster while screaming, 'HELP.' It feels as if she has been running for hours with how hard she is pushing her body. At how time feels like it has slowed down. Tears run down her cheeks as she tries to hold herself together. She needs to get help before she breaks down. Emotions run wild within her. Not only is her mate gone, but now her twin. Questions burn through her mind.
How did all of this happen so fast? What is she going to do now? How is she going to help her sister out of this along with her mate?
Not being able to hold back anymore, Hazel crashes to the ground. Her legs giving out from underneath her. Hayden howls through her mind from all the pain that Hazel feels.
