It was late when I entered Crescent Moon. The journey took more than two hours despite the fact that I ran all the way. It's one of the benefits of being a werewolf, being able to travel long distances on foot.
As soon as my feet touched the feet of Crescent Moon territory, I changed back to my human form and quietly headed to the main gate.
I hesitated at the gates of the castle, my heart pounding as I stared at the shiny decorations placed carefully against the iron bars.
"I missed you," the decorations read.
