LISA
I listen carefully to every sound inside the jet. I listen to the conversation that Brian has with Jim and I soon realize that Brian is getting ready to eject and that he trying to get rid of the enemy at the same time. It becomes even more difficult for me to not show my emotions to everyone that is now gathering around me.
Then without warning the radio in my ears is cut off and I know that the plane is no more. I quickly switch to the handheld frequency and anxiously wait for him to respond. All I am hearing is wind and I know that he must still be falling from the sky. I start to pray again. I thought that I have prayed enough for today. I pray that he will land safely and that nothing horrible will happen to him.
