I take deep breaths as I know that Brian needs me to calm down. I see him holding on to his leg and I know he is in severe pain as he is has a permanent frown on his face and with every movement, he winces. The leader then turns back to look at Peter but he still does not say a word. Then I know what is going to happen next.
The leader turns back to Brian that is still focusing on his leg and pointing the gun at him again. He reloads his gun and I feel my heart beating rapidly. I start to breathe even more rapidly and I know that I just can not face watching how this man destroys the man that I love before my eyes. I know that I need to do something and do it fast.
