BRIAN
We start to run in the air and I try to maneuver us to land as softly as possible. The moment that I start to run in the air, I feel severe pain shooting through my entire being. I know that when I hit the ground it will almost be unbearable but I will not let Lisa down and I will see to it that she is safe. I can not stop wincing but I set it aside and soon we hit the ground.
We are in perfect sync and I know that Lisa is giving it her all. We run perfectly together and we slowly get to a stop but just before stopping completely my legs give in and we tumble together to the ground. I quickly throw my arms around her in an attempt to keep her from getting hurt as we roll. We come to a stop and then I say to her with a frown on my face.
“Lisa, are you okay?!”
