Irene was rounding the corner in the grocery store when her cart collided with another. The clang of metal resonated off the shelves of boxed lucky charms and she looked up in surprise to see none other than Dr. Stone pushing the opposite cart, sleek and elegant in her heels as she shopped for sugar-free oatmeal. Her cell phone was wedged between her chin and shoulder. “s**t,” she exclaimed, sparing her a wide-eyed glance. “Look, I have to go.
