With Brenden, it was natural.

Andy, Talia, and Irene each requested to be off work on Saturday so that they could go to the game. After talking for a bit, they decided Irene would drive over to his house prior to the game and then they would ride there together. She was wearing a pair of joggers and a long-sleeved workout shirt because it was chilly outside and she had her hair in a ponytail while donning a pair of sneakers.
Irene couldn’t lie: she was excited about seeing Brenden again. Talking to him was one thing but it was never enough. She missed him terribly. He was also the main motivating factor for going to the game.
They climbed into Andy’s giant jeep and left. Each mile closer brought her more anticipation and Andy eventually noticed her excitement.
