Roman's P.O.V
“Come on Alpha. Let's get this over with I'm tired.” William says without looking back.
A wide smile dances across my lips as I quickly turn and follow him down the hall towards the sick bay. Minutes pass until I step into the brightly lit room. My eyes scan my surroundings and take in the bright white walls, all of the black-colored medical equipment, and lastly taking in the six flouting flatbeds all lined up against the far right wall. A loud clicking sound rings out into the air as I turn towards it. There in the far left-hand corner, I find William standing at the platform for the loading bay getting ready to input the code for the pods. Quickly making my way over I raise my arm. With a smacking sound, my hand collides with his slender white long-sleeved shirt-covered shoulder.
“Wait...bring up the first pod...the one with the smaller being in it.” I hesitantly say as William looks over at me with an understanding look in his eyes.
He nods his head slightly as he inputs the code on the keypad next to the large red button upon the wall. More clicking noises envelop my ears followed by a loud bang. Within seconds the smaller pod is rising through the floor and stops as the doors slide close. Hot sensations come across my chest. Biting down upon my lower lip I nibble it in anticipation of seeing the beautiful sleeping creature once again.
“Okay let's get to work,” William says as he helps me to push the pod over towards one of the flatbeds.

Several hours pass and we are no closer to opening this thing than when we first started.
“How are we even supposed to open this s**t!” William screams as the fourth tool we have tried breaks into two.
A heavy sigh leaves my now moist parted lips. My hand rises to wipe away the thick coat of sweat that lies across my wide forehead. I let my hand fall limply down to my side. Sudden cold sensations fill my fingertips as I glance down to find them grazing across the raised pictographs at the base of the pod. A bright blue light slowly makes its way across the raised engravings. With wide eyes, I look up towards the front of the pod. The liquid that the being is suspended in glows in the same bright blue. Quickly the fluid starts to bubble and slowly disappears before my eyes. The whole front of the glass-like pod disintegrates into nothing; causing the being to fall forwards. An extremely sweet and calming scent comes rushing forwards with their body almost knocking me back with the strength of it.
It only deters me for a quick second as my body dashes forwards to catch the limp being in my arms. Their long silvery lilac hair falls around them and before I know it I am lightly stroking the back of their head. The softness of the hair slides over the rough skin of my hands in a calming motion. I can feel Luke howl within my head and prance around like he's a pup again. A smile starts to creep across my mouth as my head bends slightly down into the crook of the being's neck. Slowly I run my broad nose along the skin of the neck; stopping briefly to deeply inhale the smell that this being is emitting. After a couple of minutes, my eyes glance up towards William who is just looking at me with wide eyes full of shock. Anger flashes across my eyes as I take in William just standing there staring. Staring at the being in my arms.
My creature! Mine! I hear my wolf growl out in my mind.
A low growl slips past my opened mouth to warn William not to stare. William blinks a few times and adverts his gaze while a slight pink hue spreads across his pale cheeks.
“I'm sorry Alpha. I did not mean to stare.” William says, his words seeping with embarrassment.
“Get a towel or something to cover them up!” I growl out as I realize that the being within my arms is only wearing a sleeveless light fabric covering the upper half of them and from the waist down to their knees is the same type of fabric shorts.
With a slight nod of their head, he rushes over towards the tall white cabinets and pulls out a crimson red blanket. Cautiously William approaches my sitting form on the floor with his hand stretched out holding the large blanket. Snatching it up I quickly wrap it around the being's thin body and check for a pulse. Underneath my two fingertips that are placed at the neck, I feel a slight thumping. My eyes grow wide as I glance up towards William.
“They are still alive!” I yell out as I shift my weight over.
