It is comforting when you truly connect with someone and everything is just well. The same pattern of events keeps reoccurring, everyone being hostile toward me and my kids. In all honesty, it was a heartbroken moment for me as a mother, but Rick never failed to give me strength through his love for me and all of his efforts to protein.
He promised to make his parents stop harassing me, and he did fulfill that promise. He had promised to make sure that what happened at the kids school never repeated itself again. I had no reason to doubt him, he was a man of his words. I was at ease knowing that Rick would resolve everything.
