"ENOUGH!" My alpha command crashed through the room and I could feel as they resisted before they all gave in. The resistance was then followed by doubt. For the first time, they were looking at me with suspicion. I saw the question they were all too afraid to voice aloud.
How could I have not known?
How could I let a Silver fang run around the pack?
How could I be trusted to protect them when I could not even see the enemy standing right beside me?
"She is in the cells," I said, making sure to meet anyone’s eyes who looked at me with a challenge. "She is imprisoned. She is not a threat. Until we have all the facts, there will be no action taken. Is that understood?" I dared anyone to speak up, even Julius, stayed quiet.
