I was driven back to the cabin after my audience with Alpha Aldric and throughout the journey his words kept replaying in my head. Once I alighted, the cabin came into view and there, waiting on the top step was Ronan. He lifted his head when he saw me and I could see his excitement and seeing him made me break down in tears. I had not even factored in the fact that there was a probability that we could be separated at any time and I would not get time to say my goodbyes or get some closure.
