Months passed since she returned to Snow Mountain. Polly couldn’t help but wonder if she would ever see him again. She thought he might visit once a month, but six months already went by and he still hasn’t shown himself.
She returned to her previous activities and kept training with her friends. She still admires Ren, but she knew he truly has no feelings for her. The poor guy hasn’t met his mate yet and kept joining the visits to other packs. They remained good friends, though. They only asked about her situation once, but when she told them she’d rather not talk about it, they never asked again. She loved her friends and she’s glad she got to stay in Snow Mountain with them. Life truly was different when you’re surrounded by people who loves you and who cares for you.
