Having Corinna with me calmed me. I knew it would be difficult to explain the situation to others, but I couldn't let her go just yet. Holding her in my embrace all night not only eased my mind but also gave me a feeling of completeness. I slept better than I ever had before, and waking up to see her peacefully sleeping beside me made that morning the best of my life.
