Life was more than good. I was happy and I never really thought I would feel this happy again after the death of my parents.
“Where are you?” Porter asked me through the phone because we are supposed to meet at the café near my school. He purposely called this his rest day so he has all the time in the world for me.
Those were his exact words last night.
We were also becoming extremely public because most of the people in the office—Uncle Ares included—know that we are dating. Porter even frequents my house now and is slowly getting Elliot’s good side.
It was fun dating him in public. I would still get annoyed whenever women look at him like he’s a Greek god in real life but other than that, all is well.
