I woke up the next morning before the sun could rise. When I opened my eyes, I saw the man from the night before was sleeping soundly. I calmly broke free from his arms and slowly fumbled around the room looking for my clothes. I got dressed quickly and headed out of the room tiptoeing. I tried my best not to make any irrational movements as I closed the door softly. I was sore all over so that I had to lean on the wall for support. This feeling I’m feeling right now. I was not used to it. I mean the first time feeling. I dragged my sour body outside as I reminisced about the things the man did to me last night, and that got me thinking why punish myself with someone like Kane when there is something like this out there with such a man as … sh*t I didn’t get his name, I mean I was drunk and all I have on my mind that moment was to get laid.

Sure, what we did last night was amazing and, in all honesty, I did enjoy it, but it was just a one-night thing-my mind skipped a bit when I remembered the man calling me his mate last night.

“did I have a one-night stand with a werewolve?”

I refuse to dwell on that as we won't be seeing each other anymore. I’m sure he can't find me.

I mean the city is big, right? How will he find me? I was able to balance myself after sometimes and after about 15 minutes, I was finally out of the club house, no doubt that the man is filty rich, not so many people can afford a presidential suit at the club house “You are right” the voice in my head answered but I ignored, the onlyu thought on my mind was the bad things the ,an did to me last time how I widh its not just a one time thing and I an continually enjoy him. “you can still go back” not this voice again I murmured. Getting to the main road, I couldn’t find a taxi to take me back, so I started walking down the lonely road before I remembered that my friends might still be at the club house. How foolish of me?

I picked up my cellphone to call Marisa to see if she could help me get a taxi, plus the lonely road my legs were too sour to walk back to the dorm.

She soon picked up after two rings.

“Hey babe, are you done?” she asked me with a teasing tone.

“Yes sorry to disturb you, I’m done and I’m actually on my way back to the dorm. I know you wont be coming back home this early, but can you help me get a taxi to come pick me up. I’m walking down the road to school”, I sighed in tiredness.

“I will come pick you up. Just stay where you are” she spoke as I heard her telling the man she had to leave.

“Okay, hold on, I will get Amelia and we will be there in a minute. Just stay where I can see you”

“Okay, thanks babe” I said as I hung up.

However, I started feeling goosesbumbs all over like there was someone watching me, but each time I turned around there was no one in sight. The person’s eyes seemed not to leave my body, fear gripped me. “Guys please hurry up”, there was no one around, which made me feel more uncomfortable. I was completely alone on the road. “Guys please hurry up and come here.” I thought to myself as I looked around. I can’t run if it comes to running right now. My legs are sore and my body is tired.

I wondered what was taking my friends forever to meet me outside.

I started walking back inside the clubhouse. What would happen if I happened to fall into the hands of rouges? What was I thinking about running away like that? I could have just waited in the lobby for my friends to finish up their business. I was brought out of my thoughts when my phone rang. It was Amelia.

“We’re almost there just a sec.”

I couldn’t ask for anything else other than them arriving on time to pick me up. In no distance time, the car arrived. I didn’t waste a second before I hopped into the car, shut the door and fastened my seat belt. Marisa began to drive after I fastened my seat belt

“So how was last night?” the girls asked. “tell us everything. How did it go”

“It was good, the man was amazing.”

“You were so eager to get a guy yesterday that we were worried if you were fine when we didn’t see you, but we figured you might have followed a guy home or maybe used another hotel”, Marisa said.

“Although I also met an amazing person, not being able to reach you made us really worried, it's not until Marisa called me that I actually calmed down”, Amelia said.

I sighed as I looked out of the window.

“The man was really amazing”, I muttered to myself.

We rode in silence all the way to the campus.

I could feel Amelia and Marisa stealing glances from me. I sat up and looked at the two people.

“What?” I asked

They both giggled as they shot me another glance. “What” I asked again, confused.

“The man really took great care of you. Just take a look at your face in the mirror”, Amelia said.

“He must really be amazing” Marisa, supported. I took a glance at the car mirror and what I saw was beyond my eyes. My lip was swollen, there were a lot of kiss marks on my body. At the thought of how the man designed my body with marks, I could feel my cheeks turning bright red. I could feel the heat spreading across them.
