POV: Adriana The first thing I felt was pain. Sharp. Tearing. Burning. I couldn't bare the pain. My stomach… God, my stomach hurt so much I could barely breathe. It felt like I was being stabbed over and over and over again. But there was nothing I could do about it. I could hear voices echoing around me, loud, panicked, blending into one another as I felt myself being pushed on a stretcher. Cold air rushed past my skin.
