Archer I was running down the track that ran along the eastern border. Myself, Logan and fifteen newly turned. Training them was a big part of learning self control, the last thing we wanted was them turning rogue on us. This is why we made it our priority to give them the attention and guidance they need to reach their full potential. I began to feel strange as a warmness filled me. I could feel her. It was the first time I was able to feel her properly. I knew she was safe, probably tucked away in the bedroom still reading through the books she had her nose in all last night. I pushed on and tried to block the feeling from my conscience. I had to focus, but it was like I had been starved for months and someone was dangling a chocolate bar in front of me. It was too tempting to ignore.
