I have a wide smile on my face as I see the gates of The Dark Rose Pack in the distance. I cannot wait to hug Devon and tell him how blessed I am to have him as my mate. Someone who never judged my past. Someone who waited until I valued the mate bond and chose him. Someone who is by my side no matter what!
I tap my feet impatiently as Arnold drives through the gates and towards the pack house. I wonder if the patrol already informed Devon. But since it's day now, I am sure he is awake.
It's been a day since I had a good sleep. I had an hour long nap earlier and that too because my eyes felt like they were about to give up. Arnold had been driving non-stop. Ivy slept for a couple hours but Aphrodite slept for four hours or so. I need some sleep very badly.
