"Don't get down at any cost," Aphrodite says as she gets out of the car. I sit back and watch her. But at the same time, I feel bad and sad that I am in a state where I can't even protect my people.
It's already past midnight and it could take hours and hours of driving to The Blood Rose Pack. I am in a rush and the time is already ticking! I look at Aphrodite in all her comfort as she raises her hands, her lips moving as she whispers several spells. Her icy blue eyes are eyeing at all the Rogues, ready to take them down.
If I was one of them, I would be running for my dear life at this point. But they made a mistake of growling at her and soon enough, they all screamed in unison and fell dead as she raised her hands and screamed her chant.
