I am drained emotionally as we leave. Kyle left before dinner worried about Kevin. I personally can’t wait to go hug him. Ellis and I are the last ones to climb into the elevator. “Can I follow you home and see Kevin?”
“Need a little boy hug?” I joke.
“I can always accept one of those. But I’m not ready to leave you yet. When you move in with me, it will be easier.”
He’s completely serious. “Ellis I am not moving in with you. You might want to think about what you are saying.”
“I have. Planting the idea early so you’ll start thinking about it. Though you can move in any day you want.”
