In the next few days, Laura has accepted one of her new roles. The prince, her husband, would sleep with her every night. When his day wasn’t too busy, he would carry her to his room and to his bed. There were also days when he has much to do and he arrives late. In this case, she waits for him in her room and he joins her in her bed. She doesn’t dare invade his room when he’s not present, although he did explicitly tell her that she can come and go as she pleases. Laura felt assured by those words, as if he has nothing to hide from her.
