Air is slowly escaping from my lungs. I can feel matebond breaking second by second. But it didn't take long for Mason to roar in my head, making me roar loud as well. The war around me instantly stopped and the pack members as well as rogues bowed on their own accord. The bloodsuckers just fled away the next moment but not before grinning at my mate.
"Get your Luna to the hospital!! Now!!!!" I roared at two of my pack members.
They took her and when I saw that they were at a safe distance I looked around for the Rogue with bow and arrows. I spotted him not far from me. His eyes already held fear but that wasn't enough.
He tried to kill my mate.
