I accepted their help in the end. They were right about one thing: wolves are the best trackers. I hated admitting they were right. On the way back to the room I was renting, they told me everything. I made a mental note to slap Adrineh's back once I returned to the hideout. She was the one who fed them information about what happened in the village, including some details I wasn't aware she knew. Apparently, she figured out we were mates quickly, which is why she was willing to give them all the information she knew about me. "So, are you going to tell us what you've been up to?" Jacob asked me. My reaction was to roll my eyes. "Nope," I replied flatly. Seth whined. "Why? We told you everything!" Again, I rolled my eyes to the point that they went all the way back into my skull
