Town Ligaya

Samantha reached the nearest Mission Office and the mission office was not that crowded as the first mission office she went to. The players around the said Mission Hall were delighted and speechless after identifying the recent famous adventurer.

Samantha who immediately went near the report desk was not able to notice that others were amazed seeing her in the area.

"Hello, I want to report my accomplished mission," Samantha told one of the assigned personnel on the site.

"May I know your name our brave little adventurer," The friendly male guard that looks just a bit older than Samantha entertained and asked her.

Samantha then took her Cardholder out and swiped her Adventuring Player's Card into the identifying machine which requires her to do so.

After then, a small summoning circle showed up, and later, her mission documents showed up.

It was stored inside an envelope and the male guard was stunned after knowing Samantha's name.

"Pa-pardon me Plantinum Player Samantha 500k, I did not mean to disrespect you..." The teenager guard muttered and bowed his head.

Samantha was confused and showed her awkward smiled, scratched her head with her right hand, and replied.

"No need for an apology,"

"Thank you," the guard replied in relief.

"If you may let me resume my job," the teenage male guard added and continued his job.

"What task you just got accomplish Platinum Player Samantha 500k?" The male guard respectfully asked Samantha.

Samantha noticed his sudden change of attitude from being approachable to someone who's quite wary of her and shows her much formality and higher respect then relayed comforting words to the guard who assisted her.

"No need to show much formality, and respect, treat me as you do to the others, don't pressure yourself much,"

The guard then backen up, and immediately took the list of progressing missions, Samantha, from the mission documents envelope of Samantha.

The guard read the text, and there were only two missions though he was surprised seeing the missions' difficulty level but recovered himself much sooner.

1. Defeat the Necromancer Lord (Abandoned Town of Malaya).

2. Defeat the Medusagon (Destroyed village of Aliw).

Samantha told the player that she accomplished the 1st mission on the list which was to defeat the Necromancer Lord.

After documenting that she finished the task, the guard then relayed some updates.

"Player Samantha, the report's complete, you just needed to wait for a few hours before the awards got cleared for you to claim,"

"Thank you for the assistance," Samantha replied.

"So yeah, needed to head out somewhere time to leave, goodbye..." Samantha added and immediately went outside the Mission Office and started to the next village where she needed to defeat a medusagon.

It was still 9:45 in the morning when Samantha started her travel and later reached nearby her target destination after an hour of rushing through the location at her full running speed. Samantha stayed and spent some hours resting and roaming around the town she was currently in. The town she went to was just a few kilometers from the village of aliw where the medusagon was currently at. The town was called Ligaya, and Samantha was happy to see the much prosperous town, and structures were mostly made of durable cement, and the roadways were constructed on the site, the town got their Players' Guild but not like the Players' Guild found at Samantha's residency, and they also got their mission office just next to the Players' Guild, and the place got their own transportation area, unlike the previous small town where transport services of nearby towns just passed to them and have the villagers their means of transportation route.

Samantha found a bench to rest with and she immediately then walks towards it and sat on the bench.

"Blueza, Pinko... look this town's protected by a wide-range barrier, I wonder how they can maintain this barrier," Samantha told Pinko and Blueza who immediately seems to look upon the skies after Samantha said those. Though the barrier is not that durable it is still commendable and better to have than nothing. The barrier can be perceived due to its pulsating movements and found to have 4 attributes which were the Protection Cast attribute that was present on Barrier Magic, Nature's Protection attribute from the Nature's Protection Magic, Light attribute from the Light Magic, and Water attribute from the Water Magic. This beautiful balance made the protected land safer and improves security. Aside from the said main purpose of the barrier, the wide shield that defends the town can scan the existence of who enters the town, and will determine if the entity pose threat or not, and will automatically react with those who got the unpleasable intention of entering the village. The barrier also purifies the magic density and regulates temperature. The light attribute of the barrier purified the magicules on the area which were the magic particles, and removes negative influences that might surround the land of the town and cause their land to be infertile, the water attribute was behind the cool and warm temperature of the town when summer hits the land with higher temperature or winter strikes the place with colder seasons.

Samantha rested on the bench for a few minutes, and later then, an Ice Cream vendor went closer to her spot and started to ring his bell. The villagers who did not notice the ice cream vendor earlier noticed him and most of the people rushed to buy Ice Cream.

Samantha then saw that the Ice Cream vendor that sells seems to be vanilla ice cream which was her favorite, and so Samantha did not hesitate to buy ice cream for herself.

She walks towards the Ice Cream Vendor and bought for herself, since Blueza and Pinko seem to want to have ice cream for themselves, Samantha bought 3 ice creams in total and cost her 3 bronze coins. She got her first taste of the Ice Cream she bought after paying for it and giving Blueza and Pinko the first served ice creams.

After tasting the ice cream, Samantha bursted into delight and joy, savoring ice cream. She was happy and enjoyed the ice cream as she started to went back to the bench and continued enjoying the ice cream. It does not taste like vanilla-flavored ice cream at all but it tastes better than what she expected it to be.

The ice cream's main ingredient was Refrella fruit, a fruit with the consistency of grapes, and the taste of strawberry, orange, apple, pineapple, and milk. The sourness, sweetness, and creaminess of the raw fruit were well balanced and one of the favorites of the villagers. The ice cream's next important ingredient was the whocolatella fruit which got the taste of white chocolate and vanilla. Then, with the seller's secret ingredient, the wonderful and refreshing delicious ice cream was made.

Samantha spent time on the bench and later felt that she recovered some of her strengths back and that she was refreshed.

After finishing the crunchy and chocolate-flavored cone of her ice cream, Samantha decided to roam around the town for some time and look for a room to rent in advance.

In the town's center, a beautiful water fountain was decorated which above the main statue that was engraved to praying hands got 4 circular orbs around it. Later Samantha found that these orbs were the ones activating the protective barrier of the town, and were monthly supplied with the corresponding power gemstones needed to run the barrier. Approximately, they store 10 power gems of each orb, one of which contained the protection gems, one with light power stones, the third one with nature's protection power stones, and lastly, the fourth power orb with the water gemstones.

Samantha then continued roaming around after spending some time admiring the colorful fish that were on the fountain.

The town was organized well, the market was just next to the inn of the town, and the inn was just next to the capital of the local.

Samantha then went to the inns and loom for rooms that she might be renting.

She entered a better facility than the previous town and was surprised by their interior design that was the typical luxurious yet simple. Samantha inquired for a room, and luckily there's a room available for her. The rent cost her an initial payment of 1 silver coin, and she needed to pay 1 gold and silver coin each day, with these affordable prices, Samantha then accepted it since the money she paid for the rent will also cover her breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals.

She sat on the bench in the facility as she waited for the staff to finish preparing the room for her.

She waited for a few moments before the staff informed her that she can go to her assigned room already.

The room was 2x bigger than the previous room she rented and got a toilet, a mini-kitchen, table, chairs, a bookshelf, and her comfortable bed. The inn uses magic bulbs, and the simplistic room refreshed Samantha. She laid on her bed and later fell asleep.
