MISSION: Defeat the Necromancer Lord III

Blueza and Pinko's passive ability "Counter" then activated after they felt the negative energy that surrounds the area. Samantha's Starspheres then glowed brighter and created their magic link to each other. The light orbs formed a bond using a magic network and made a support defense for Samantha.

Samantha roamed around the area, and she knew that the Necromancer Lord might notice her presence already.

It was still so early in the evening and the Necromancer Lord might put himself at disadvantage if he will do the same trick he had used yesterday.

Samantha felt the difference in the strength of the dark influence that surrounds the undead conquered town, and it was 30% than yesterday.

She roamed the deserted town and still did not able to find signs of the Necromancer Lord rather than the weak dark presence influence that surrounds the town, even undead warriors and undead mages weren't chasing after her nor showed up near her spot.

Samantha did not felt the same odd vibes as yesterday so she was sure that the Necromancer Lord was not preparing to launch a surprise attack nor she was lured to a trap like yesterday.

"Blueza and Pinko, do you feel where they were hiding?" Samantha asked Pinko and Blueza but none of them answered as they cannot pinpoint a specific location.

Pinko and Blueza jumped back to the ground, and Pinko was the one who leads the way while Blueza looked after their backs. The two slimes were bouncing cutely as they roam the area and their bouncing was incorporated with their squishy boing. Samantha stopped at the center of the village after failing to find the wary Necromancer Lord.

"Well the Necromancer Lord wanted to play hide-and-seek but I needed to fi ish this as soon as possible, right Pinko and Blueza?"

"Yes, master!" Pinko and Blueza said in the chorus as they kept bouncing and roaming around the area.

*Sighed* "Well even if this spell would cost huge M.P, the Necromancer Lord didn't leave me any choice other than this option," Samantha replied to Pinko and Blueza.

Pinko was staying at her position half a meter from her master and looked after her while Samantha was starting to cast the spell she planned to execute while Blueza was also looking after behind his master and was also half a meter away from Samantha.

Samantha closed her palms and her Metal Clay Ball weapon that she was holding then disappear from her possession.

"I will start now, look after me Pinko and Blueza," Samantha asked her pets.

"Understood master!" Pinko and Blueza replied and immediately alert themselves back to the surroundings.

Samantha stretched her hand sideways and opened her palms.

"Water Element Magic Circle... Thunder Element Magic Circle..."

Her left hand released water energy power and later a water element magic circle showed up, her right hand also released the thunder element magic circle and another magic circle overlapped the water element magic circle which got the thunder attribute.

After the two magic circles showed up below the ground she was standing, she then continued chanting.

"Magic Circle Combination!"

After speaking those words, the water and thunder magic circles then combined and the magic circle grew in size which made the radius 10 meters away from Samantha.

"Uhmm... Pinko, and Blueza, uhmm, what should I chant next?" Samantha asked Pinko and Blueza as she forgot the next part, and just scratched her head trying to remember those.

"Master!" Pinko and Blueza alerted their Master as they felt the sudden surge of power from 4 directions, which came from the 30 meters from the northern, southern, eastern, and western directions. Samantha did not felt the sudden surge of dark power as she was centered on a resistant magic circle with the Necromancer Lord's power.

A few seconds and Samantha then remembered the spell, she almost proceeded with the chant when she was disturbed by loud villainous laughs in chorus from the four directions.

She roams her sight to the area and found that the force-separated bodies of the necromancer lord showed up a few meters from them. She was then backen up to her cautious stance.

"What a funny adventurer! You can't even remember the chant?" The necromancer lord's separated bodies said in chorus and resumed their villainous laughs.

Samantha smirked in victory, she lured the Necromancer Lord that took her bait of acting as if unable to remember the chant.

"I may be funny but I'll end you right now boastful Necromancer Lord," Samantha replied in calm words and later act as if trying to remember things again and the necromancer lord was left awkwardly speechless that angered him seeing Samantha acting as if he was no threat at all.

"Insolence! Take this, Death Storm!"

At the same time, Samantha continued her chant.

"Waterbolt Storm!"

The dark clouds that showed up in the skies earlier were then overpowered by Samantha's spell, and the Necromancer Lord was left unprepared.

"Water Strike!"

The 4 separated bodies of the Necromancer Lord was then targeted by thunderbolts incorporated with water attribute which hit his bodies directly from the four directions.

The bolts were turned to beams of lighting, and before the Waterbolt Storm clouds vanished, the beam of lighting that target the necromancer lord's body then blasted, and the water prison field contained the separated bodies of the Necromancer Lord who just got damages from the sudden water and thunder strike.

The Necromancer Lord was pissed and angry, and his bodies were partly deformed after accumulating damages.

"This Water Prison Field was not that strong to hold me," The Necromancer Lord angrily said and his words echoed from the four directions. The Necromancer Lord felt that Samantha was mocking him, and fooling him around.

"You will pay for doing such a thing to me!" The Necromancer Lord shouted.

"Dark Radiance!"

After muttering those words, the Necromancer Lord's separated bodies then glinted with dark energy and later broke the Water Prison Fields that contained him.

The necromancer Lord then gathered his separated bodies and unified them into his real form. He was currently at the northern side and was gazing with pure hate towards Samantha who was also gazing with him with pure confidence and bravery.

"You imbecile Adventurer! Take this! "Elemental Death!"

Though the Necromancer Lord chanted the elemental spell, he was just successful in incorporating the magic elements he possessed with the magic which were the Fire, Earth, and Nature Elemental Magic, which he was just able to cast an inferior spell compared to the best Elemental Death Spell.

"Thunder-Earth Magic: Shock Stone Shield!"

Since Samantha could not par the Necromancer's ability to cast 4 attributed spells, she decided to cast 2 attribute spells that were strong against those elemental attributes the Necromancer Got.

Before the Elemental Death Spell of the Necromancer Lord got done, Samantha with Blueza and Pinko was then protected by the Shock Stone Shield which they were enclosed within a tough earth shield that was layered with thunder magic.

The Elemental Death Spell was ready, and the Necromancer Lord did not waste a second to strike his attack.

"Element of Death Strike!"

4 layers of Magic Circles then showed up in the skies above Samantha's position, and later combined into a single magic circle, and elemental bullets struck and the Earth Foundation of Samantha's Shield was able to stand against the first strike, Death Vines that got sharp edges extended from the skies but were not also that able to destroy Samantha's shield but was shaken up a bit after the Vines tried to bind and crush the Earth Shield but turned to ashes after the thunder barrier layer resisted with the attack. The third attack was Earth Shock Spines that rained down towards Samantha's position.

She felt the strong clash, and fortunately, her Earth shield's thunder barrier layer's power was enough to c***k the tough spines of earth. As the spines hit the Earth Shield it reacted violently and the thunder layer then passed through the spines to destroy it. The shower of heavy and destructive earth spines then ended and still Samantha's shield stand strong. It was then that the final strike which was the magma shock. A thundercloud that gives off terror and redden the skies then released a one-hit beam of magma.

Samantha felt the sudden increase of heat, and she screamed as the temperature intensified. The Earth Shield broke and luckily, the Magma blast stopped. The Starspheres of Samantha that surrounded Samantha then collide with her and was then absorbed by her body which healed her and balanced her temperature back to normal. Her burns recovered, and Samantha earned her stance back. The Necromancer Lord was quite empressed with Samantha after surviving the said attack which was his ace.

"Undead Summon" The Necromancer Lord muttered and his Undead Knights and Undead Oracles showed up. Samantha was not happy anymore and she then activated one of her ace magic spells she learned yesterday.

"Light possession!"

Samantha shouted those words as she raised her right hand and pointed her opened palms to the skies, a huge light magic circle showed up, and light beams struck the Undead Knights and Undead Oracles. Later then, the Undead Knights and Undead Oracles that absorbed the light energy shredded their undead body, and were only reincarnated to Silver Knights, and Angel Oracles for 5 minutes. Samantha was able to take over the Necromancer Lord's army but having them controlled for a short period of time cost a third of her remaining magic power.

Because of immense consumption of magic power in an instant, Samantha temporarily felt weak, her reserved Vitality I was then halved and her magic power was instantly recovered by 35%. In exchange, her vitality I which was also her energy was deducted, Samantha regained her strength back.

The Necromancer Lord was stalled by the Silver Knights and Angel Oracles which were previously his elite undead army. He focused his attention much on facing the army controlled by Samantha which gave Samantha her only chance to put an end to the battle.

"Thunder-Water Magic: Suppression Bind of Water Lighting!"

The Necromancer Lord was then contained within a freezing field, and suppressed him. Thundershocks were also running inside the freezing field that electrified him, the Necromancer Lord could not resist much as the Silver Knights and Angel Oracles were continously attacked him.

Samantha did not lose any moment, and she immediately took her Metal Clay Ball weapon, and with the strong force, Samantha throws her weapon and directed to the suppressed Necromancer Lord, she also stored her weapon with Light Energy Spell as she was able to sync a single spell with her Metal Clay Ball.

The Ball was heading towards the Necromancer Lord with a strong force and charges up every single second and every empowering changes its aura to much-intensified shock, the Metal Clay Ball was able to charge up for almost 10 seconds and in response to the increasing pressure, the contained light energy spell was also empowered by the process. Samantha's light possession spell almost wore out, and the Silver Knights and Angel Oracles were starting to return back being the undead knights and undead oracles.

The Light Possession spell completely works out, and Samantha's Weapon was also near to hit the frozen Necromancer Lord. The Undead Knights and Oracles were back and headed immediately to Samantha who then cast a barrier to protect herself.

Suddenly, the Necromancer Lord freed himself but unfortunately got surprised by Samantha's attack that hit him directly, the clashing of the light and strong power from Samantha's weapon echoed a blast of radiant light particles and were spread throughout the entire area. The light particles reflected the sun's light power and dissolved the undead knights and undead oracles. The Necromancer Lord was slowly overpowered with Samantha's power attack, and later then the light energy spell contained inside the Metal Clay Ball weapon was triggered that later engulfed the Necromancer Lord.

The Necromancer Lord shouted in anger and pain, "No! I can't be defeated!"

A dramatic explosion of light particles then occurred and the Necromancer Lord then died which turned to ashes and vanished as the air breeze got in contact with his remains.

Samantha sighed in relief after she successfully defeated the Necromancer Lord. She sat on the grassy land which was an effect after the Necromancer Lord's influence vanished from the surroundings and the natural beauty of the previously conquered by the evil monsters showed up itself.

Still, Samantha was a beginner in terms of fighting monsters and she was not able to fight and order Pinko and Blueza earlier which she needed to polish in the succeeding days. Samantha's remaining magic power was less than half and her energy was halved. She then went to the location where the Necromancer Lord died and found the purified power gemstones. The Dark Gem Stone, Earth Gem Stone, Nature Protection and Bite's Gem Stone, and Fire Gem Stone. She collected these power stones and let Pinko and Blueza kept those.

Samantha then surveyed the town for a few minutes, and after checking that everything's fine, she then heads away from the area and heads to the nearest mission office to report her accomplished mission.
