MISSION: Defeat the Necromancer Lord II

6:10 P.M

Earlier, Blueza and Pinko were scolded by Samantha for eating one of the magisteel lamps in the room she rented. Blueza and Pinko later then asked for an apology for the mistake they did. Samantha reported the missing magisteel lamp and relayed the events that happened earlier, she wasn't charged by the staff who was assigned on the in's front desk. She later ordered metal treats for Blueza and Pinko to have with, and take the metal treat packages that were contained with plastic packaging. She then went back to her rented room and gave the treats she bought for Blueza and Pinko with them. One of the staff knocked on her room after a few moments she got back, and the person was the repairman of the in, he brought a new magisteel lamp, and immediately replaced the damaged magisteel lamp and after replacing the damaged magisteel lamp, the staff then bowed concerning Samantha before he left the room.

Before sleeping, Samantha tried to read the available information within her integrated system. Her eyes glowed once again, and the left mark on her face showed up, using her mental image, she scrolls throughout the information books available and later found the book titled Death Devils which the necromancer belonged with.

She then proceeds with an imaginary flip of the pages and later found the necromancer data.

In the first part, the necromancer was originally got type C strength which garnered the lesser necromancers missions with difficulty C-IV, these necromancers can only summon 10 undead creatures, and expected that each of these forces will only acquire 5 minutes of lifespan and only got 10% of their summoner's strength. At this phase of the necromancer's power, it still doesn't acquire the basic dark gemstones of its kind and can only cast few dark spells, which only have the notable maximum capability to cast spells such as Death Strike, undead summon, and Death bullets.

The next level was the "necromancer" which doesn't have the lesser in their names.

Samantha wanted to read the info but she skipped reading the pieces of information since she was looking for the info regarding necromancer lord.

Before reaching the page where the necromancer lord was, she skipped the information regarding the greater necromancer, Gemmed necromancer, and lesser necromancer lord.

Which Samantha reached the page that contains the data regarding necromancer lord.

Necromancer lord:

Necromancers who gained 5 power gems, and every necromancer lord varied the power stones they owned, some choose to have attributes in different kinds(the one that Samantha faced), others choose to acquire the same power gems each time they evolve. Nevertheless, the necromancer lords were on par with each other's power.

Samantha studied the entire data.

After 15 minutes, she was able to read the entire page that contains the needed pieces of information.

She notes the weakness of the necromancer lord.

It says that each time they gained a different attribute gemstone, they will lose a fragment of their resistance against any other attribute except light magic and later build up their strength by exposing another weakness.

Necromancers who possess Fire and Earth attributes were weak with water magic, Those who gained protective and natural attributes were weak with thunder magic. These were the only data needed by Samantha to utilize different magic attacks than just using light magic.

Samantha sighed at what she had done earlier.

"I should have read this first before entering the battle zone," She said and was referring to herself.

Samantha then reviewed the lists of thunder, light, and water magic.

Since Samantha still cannot combine different magics at the moment due to her lacking the ability, she studied a vast amount of spells of the three attributes. Samantha later than listed on her to be acquired ability list.

"Double Attribute"

"Magic Sense"

"Presence Radar"

"Aura activation"

The double attribute cost 5 points and was the ability that Samantha wanted badly at the moment for her to cast magic spells with 2 attributes. The magic sense and presence radar cost with 3 points each, these will help her to locate her enemies even better, presence radar works well for identifying nearby enemies that hide, and Magic Sense identifies everything that holds power which can also help her measure the power within the existence and the magic spells' damage power. Last on her priority list was the aura activation that cost about 35 points, which is the ability to let the player activate their power aura and increase their defense, coercion, and reflect the aura of others such as the dark influence of the necromancer lord earlier.

Samantha then thought of some tactics, and it was already 6:35 in the evening. Suddenly a terrified person shouted outside the town that echoed throughout the small village.

"Help!! A Terrairy monster's heading to our town!"

Samantha heard the man who's begging for help and was screaming right after alerting others.

"Noo! Help me! No! Don't go near me!" The man shouted.

The town was not so famous and visited by players, and Samantha was the only player in the town that day.

Samantha then rushed outside the in and saw the man who fell on the ground and crawling away from the Terrairy a few meters away nearby the gate of the town.

Terrairies:

Fairies which resembles Terror, and was the reason behind their name. They were one meter in height, got wings that resemble the butterflies but their wings got eyes on its spot, and the edges of their wings were sharp, they got human-shaped faces but their eyes were of the bees, and their mouths of the ants. Terrairies got a human-shaped body, their fingers were sharp, and their feet got fairy eyes. These fairies can use nature's bite and nature's protection magic. The gaze of Terraries was petrifying, and so the man who tried to head away was suppressed on his spot and was begging for help.

Other villagers went outside their houses with their weapons but everyone was not brave enough to help the man. Samantha saw them shivered in fear and so she decided to do it herself.

The Terrairy then chanted parasite vines and right after chanting, the parasitic vines were released from the eyes all ever her body and rushed towards her target. The parasitic vines almost reached the man and it was the time when Samantha finished casting the protection spell.

"Barrier magic: Shield Container!"

Samantha loudly muttered those words and forwarded her hands and directed them to the man.

Before the parasitic vines of the Terrairy reached closer to the man, a sphere shield enclosed him which repelled the parasitic vines of the Terrairy.

"Teleport Shield Container!"

The man that was contained inside the sphere shield was then teleported nearby Samantha and was then safe. Samantha broke the shield, and the other villagers rushed to assist the terrified man. Samantha then slowly walked towards the Terrairy who was also heading closer to her.

Samantha charges up her force, and later her Metal Clay Ball weapon showed up on her right hand. With her accumulated force, she throws her weapon and targeted the Terrairy.

The villagers were amazed seeing the charging of power with Samantha's weapon that was moving quite slowly but with each second, the Metal Clay Ball weapon changed its color with higher intensity and increased its force.

The weapon shifts from green, dark green, yellow, orange, and later turned radiant red.

The terrairy was preparing to shield herself from the attack, and nature's protection barrier enclosed her.

Few seconds and Samantha's weapon collided with the Terrairy's vine barrier that immediately got destroyed and reached its target. The powerful force that clashed with the Terrairy was so strong for her to resist and later dissolved the monstrous fairy to ashes.

After taking the life of the Terrairy, Samantha's Metal Clay Ball weapon then bounced back to her and later vanished from her possession as she kept it back to the spatial storage of Blueza and Pinko.

The villagers were amazed and speechless seeing the event. The said Terrairy she killed was at least an existence with the level of type B-V monster but she just killed it with a single attack.

The man who was petrified by the Terrairy earlier then earned his posture and thanked Samantha.

"Thank you very much, young adventurer!" He said repeatedly.

The villagers were also seen bowing down to show gratefulness to Samantha. Everybody went back to their houses, and Samantha then heads back to her home after a few moments.

Samantha received a notification within her system that she acquired 5 points for herself, 1 point for Sli(Blueza and Pinko), and 3 points for her weapon.

Samantha was happy and do intend to help since she knew that she'll be able to acquire some points but did not expect to have such amount of points within a single Terrairy.

She did not waste a single moment and immediately purchased the "Double Attribute" with her newly acquired points. After acquiring, she then allocated Sli (Blueza and Pinko)'s point with "Counter" pet skill. It would just need a point to acquire with, and as the counter says, the ability will grant her pet with a counter character that increases their defensive resist ability by 15% of the attack or the aura influence of their master's opponent. Lastly, she used the points available to upgrade her weapon. She purchased the "Magic Sync" skill that needs 3 points to acquire in which her weapon can adapt with a single magic attribute. Samantha was happy, and she postponed her rest for the day to study the newly unlocked set of double-attributed magic spells.

She spends 2 and a half hours studying that night and later rested for the day. She wanted to face the Necromancer Lord sooner than she can do but fighting the Necromancer Lord at night will put her at a great disadvantage since the undead were known for the fact that they grow stronger at night than they were at day time.

Time passed and it was early in the morning. Samantha woke up from her bed, and a few moments later, the staff knocked on her door and served her a meal.

She got bacon (meat was from chickens), fried cow's egg (Cow's egg and more expensive than pig's egg), rice, shrab (seafood that got a look of a crab but the meat of shrimp. There was also the mango shake, and juice.

Samantha did accept the food but she was confused about who ordered it for her and so she asked the staff who did buy it for her.

"Hello, I did not order my food yet and would like to ask who buy this expensive meal for me?"

The staff replied, "If you may let me speak dear adventurer, the man you saved yesterday bought this grand meal for you before he left the town and went to the next village, he said that he wanted to pay for your work but do not want to disturb you earlier,"

"He also fully paid your rent," the staff added.

The female staff then bowed in respect before leaving Samantha's room.

She ate the delicious food. Blueza and Pinko also ate some of the food.

After eating the food, Samantha left the plate on the table and prepared herself for the day.

Samantha checked her M.P and was happy to see that she recovered her M.P back to full. She then left the town and head to the abandoned town to resume her mission.

She reached the area after running at her maximum speed and jumping from the forests tree's branches which made her look like a stealth ninja.

It was 7:24 in the morning when she reached the isolation vines of the abandoned town. Before entering the area. She took a deep breath and increased her concentration.

"I will not leave this time without accomplishing the mission," She said with confidence. Pinko and Blueza in her sides seem like nodding in agreement with their master.

"Here we go,"

"Fire Magic: Lava Blast!"

She fired fire magic to open a passageway for her, and immediately entered the area. She did temporarily close the passageway after she entered the location.

"Barrier Magic: Regeneratield!"

The blasted side then glowed with a barrier field protection, and the blasted vines that isolate the town started to regenerate.

Before surveying the area, Samantha cast a support spell she learned yesterday.

"Light-Barrier Support Magic: Starspheres!"

After activating the spell, 5 orbs made of light that was enclosed with sphere barriers showed up, these support protection then scattered nearby Samantha. 1 of the spheres was rotating above her head. One of the sphere barriers that contained light energy was half a meter away from Samantha's North, one the southern, western, and eastern direction with the same distance. These orbs were also advancing and cope up with her position as she started to roam the small town.
