"You okay there, darling." I heard Tristan say from behind me, breaking me out of my thought about my and mom's relationship.
I turned around, blinking back the mist that gathered in my eyes and smiled at him, nodding my head. He and my other two mates smiled and ushered me inside. I could tell they wanted to hold my hand, their fingers were twitching, but they didn't. They were probably not trying to push their luck!
