*Four days later*
*At Layla’s cafe*
It has been four days since I started to keep my distance from Elliot. I still sit with him for Mr. Rowan’s lectures and do the project work with him, but I try to keep less contact with him. In Mr. Rowan’s class, Clianta and Dion sit along with me. So, I keep myself busy by speaking to Clianta, because the moment I sit silently, Elliot starts to speak with me, mostly trying to apologise to me. I just tune him out and begin talking at Clianta. She knows that I speak to her during Mr. Rowan’s lectures only to avoid Elliot and she gladly helps me out. Sometimes she brings up topics for us to speak about. I am glad that we are in the same class. It is a great help in having your friends in the same class as you.
