"Leaving so soon?" Indan called. She was the first person I saw as soon as I stepped outside. Unable to contain myself at her presence, I pulled her into a hug even without her consent.
"You didn't show up and I-" I began after pulling away, even though she hadn't returned the hugging gesture.
"Look around you Kent, it's Christmas for God's sake. The streets are packed with people doing all sorts of crap." She smirked at me.
