The first week of winter break is over and it couldn't have gone better. Katie's been spending a lot of time at my place since Jason's been around now that he's on winter break as well. He's left her alone for the most part, after her dad threatened to kill him if he ever touched her again. Still, I know he makes her uncomfortable. I'd love nothing more than to break his face, but I have more important things to worry about right now.
Dad has been doing great over the past week. As a Christmas gift, he's taking me deep sea fishing out on the gulf while mom and Katie have a shopping day together.
