We had finally arrived in Amsterdam after a long-assed day of travelling. I think we were both feeling better because we were away from the UK. The ferry ride here was beautiful! We have managed to book a hotel for the next couple of weeks until we find a place to stay.
“I can’t believe we got here without any issues!” Scarlett gushed, “I know! I was sure we were going to get caught or stopped when we got here.” I replied honestly.
“Me too! I was terrified they would be waiting for us when we got off the ferry,” she said.
“Look at us now, though, babe, just you and me.” I grinned, taking Scarlett into my arms for a big embrace. I could feel Scarlett hugging me with all her strength.
“I am so ready for this fresh start with you, Caleb.” She said in my ear.
“Same beautiful,”
