I slumped back on the bed beside Caleb and let out a big sigh, and closed my eyes.
“Are you OK, darling?” Caleb asked as he stroked my cheek.
“Yes, I am fine. It was a sigh of happiness as I feel like we are finally getting somewhere.” I kissed his hand gently.
“I know exactly what you mean, sweetheart.” Caleb took my hand and kissed it.
We need to make sure we get a good night's sleep, and we go by a shop in the morning and get enough supplies to do us for the journey. It will be another long day of travelling but just knowing we are on the home straight makes it all worth it. Caleb will be able to drive for a bit tomorrow as well, as he is moving better today.
