"Permission to punch her teeth in," I said quietly. I was trying to contain my anger.

"Look, I'm sorry. It really upset me when Tony ditched me for you. I was going to get over it, but then I saw you talking to Steven, laughing and flirting, so I thought it would be fun to mess with you. As revenge," Shelby said.
