**ARABELLA POV**
As soon as I spotted land, I swam towards it, being very careful before stepping out of the water. I looked around to ensure that no one was nearby, and when I was sure the coast was clear, I walked out of the water. My gills disappeared, and my tail transformed back into legs.
The only problem was that I didn’t have any clothes with me. So, I walked along the shoreline until I found a few shacks near the water. I sneaked towards the back of one of the shacks and noticed the back door was open.
I slowly approached the house, where I saw clothes just inside the door. They looked clean and dry, so I grabbed a shirt and pants before quickly slipping away from the house to avoid being seen.
