“Don’t you dare ‘baby’ me!” I snapped, the words tearing from my throat. “Why didn’t you tell me? Why the f**k didn’t you tell me something about my own father?”
“We were going to tell you…” Warren began, his hand reaching out, but I cut him off.
“When? When my entire family was wiped out by yours? Or were you planning to bury all the evidence to save your own damn skin?” My voice was raw, laced with disbelief.
